Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy​

We accept order cancellations ​​before shipment or production​​. If your cancellation is processed successfully, a ​​full refund​​ will be issued to your original payment method.

​Please note​​: Cancellations are ​​not permitted​​ once the product has been shipped.​

1. Order Cancellation​

  • Orders can be canceled ​​before shipment or production​​. Full refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
  • Cancellations are not permitted once the product has been shipped.

​2. Returns & Exchanges​

  • ​Eligibility​​:
    • Claims must be submitted within ​​3 days​​ of receiving the product.
    • Items must be ​​unused​​, in their ​​original packaging​​, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • ​Process​​:
    • Return items to our designated address (provided by customer service).
    • Shipping fees:
      • ​Defective products​​: Covered by the seller.
      • ​Non-defective returns​​: Buyer bears return shipping fees (exchange shipping fees covered by seller).

​3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms​

  • ​Quality inspection​​: You must inspect products upon delivery:
    • Check for damage, stains, or defects.
    • Verify size, style, and color match the order description.
  • ​Immediate rejection​​: Reject non-compliant items on-site and request replacement or refund.

​4. Non-Quality Issues Returns​

  • ​Request window​​: Submit returns within ​​3 days​​ for size/color/style discrepancies.
  • ​Conditions​​:
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Late or used items will be rejected.​

5. Return & Refund Process and Refund Timeline

  • We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours.
  • Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, a refund confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 15 days after approval.

6. Delayed Refunds​

  • If funds are not received:
    1. Check bank/card statements.
    2. Contact your bank/card issuer (international transactions may take 3–5 additional days).
    3. Provide transaction proof to our team for manual resolution.
