Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review the following return and refund guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility 

You may request a return or exchange within [3–7days] of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

 

 

3. Return Process 

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] within the return window.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  3. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs 

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. changed mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
